Job summary

The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Student will support the EHS Team in implementing and overseeing EPRI's EHS program, policies, and initiatives.

This internship offers exposure to chemical control, hazardous waste programs, SDS management, safety communications, and site safety committees, with responsibilities spanning webpage support and emergency response activities. The role is multi-semester, part-time during school year and full-time during breaks, based in the Charlotte office.

• Must be able to work out of the EPRI Charlotte Office.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support EPRI's Chemical Control and Hazardous Waste Programs, including assisting sites with chemical storage and SDS management.
• Support EPRI's EHS webpage.
• Assist EHS team, programs, and initiatives including the site Emergency Response Teams and Corporate Safety Committee.
