Job summary

The EHS Specialist supports the implementation, preservation, and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs at the Tempe, Arizona Service Center. The role works directly with site leadership, employees, and the regional EHS team to identify hazards, support regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, maintain required documentation, and strengthen a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of professional EHS experience preferred.
Experience with OSHA/EPA compliance, inspections, investigations, and training preferred.
Experience with ISO 14001 or EMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support EHS program implementation and ongoing compliance at Tempe Service Center.
Conduct inspections, document findings, and track corrective actions to closure.
Assist with OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory requirements and audits.
Develop and review Job Safety and Environmental Analyses (JSEAs) and training.
Support ISO 14001 EMS audits and environmental reporting.
