Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks an experienced EHS Specialist to join the MMA-Environmental team. You will gather data for regulatory permitting and reporting, and develop licenses and reports on behalf of clients.

The role includes audits, training delivery, and driving regulatory compliance across complex settings. Ideal candidates bring a BS in science, strong knowledge of environmental regulations, and advanced MS Office and EPA reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree required.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced knowledge of EPA reporting software systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather data for environmental permitting and reporting for clients.
• Develop, implement and maintain licenses, permits and reports.
• Conduct compliance audits and facility walkthrough inspections.
• Provide environmental training (hazardous waste, DOT Hazmat, SPCC, Stormwater).
