Where is the work: Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
What's in it for you: Responsible for the promotion and maintenance of the Area environmental safety and health program as directed by the Regional Environmental Health and Safety Leader. Must reside within or close to Atlanta, GA. This role will support commercial sales offices in the Southeast US.
This individual is expected to have practical working knowledge of environment, health, and safety and / or field operations. A bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, safety sciences, or related field is highly recommended, but not required. At least 3 years of practical safety experience in a previous role or an equivalent combination of education and experience are preferred. This individual is expected to develop with the position to obtain a working knowledge of the Regional and company safety culture, OSHA, provincial, state, and other safety regulatory agencies, worker’s compensation, hazard recognition and mitigation, and interpretation of state and local safety guidelines as they apply, or other duties as directed by the Regional EHS Leader. Proficiency in MS Office suite applications required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:
