ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory/Environmental Specialist II to join our client in Corona, California.

The role supports the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department, focusing on safety and regulatory compliance initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering sciences, 3+ years of EHS program management experience, and strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering sciences or related fields.
• 3+ years of EHS program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, audit procedures, and environmental standards.
• Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and investigations independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical and project tasks within the safety and environmental fields to ensure project success.
• Advise operations on EHS risks and controls to promote a safe working environment.
• Initiate and complete activities leading to new or improved safety controls and procedures.
• Engage in safety projects by collaborating with operations to define project parameters and desired outcomes.
• Present and facilitate EHS training sessions, respirator fit testing, and inspection of IH results.
