Enhanced Health Solutions is seeking exceptional agency Registered Nurses to join our team for both short- and long-term contracts in a correctional setting. We provide competitive pay, diverse shift options, and a strong work/life balance to support our dedicated healthcare professionals.

Qualified candidates must hold a current RN license, CPR, and be proficient with electronic medical records, with the ability to pass a Level 2 background check.

Mansioni

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients in a correctional setting.
• Assess physical, psychological and social dimensions; obtain health history and provide written assessments on admission.
• Document and communicate triage decisions during confinement and at discharge to the appropriate health care provider.
• Develop individual nursing care plans using nursing assessment protocols in consultation with health care providers.
• Implement medical care plans per physician orders, including diagnostic tests and EKGs.
• Administer medications using proper techniques and routes; manage nutrition and therapeutic diets.
• Assist physicians in medical or minor surgical procedures as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients in a correctional setting
• Assess physical, psychological and social dimensions of patients; obtain health history and provide a written assessment of patients upon admission
• During confinement, and upon discharge; document and communicate triage decision to appropriate health care provider
• Develop individual nursing care plan using nursing assessment protocols in consultation with health care providers
• According to physician orders implement medical care plans to include diagnostic tests, EKGs, etc.
• Administer medications using proper techniques, procedures and approved routes of administration; nutrition and therapeutic diet plans
• Assist physician in medical or minor surgical procedures as necessary
