Job summary

Ron Sunshine Associates LLC in Belton, Missouri is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the safety program at a profitable manufacturing site. The role emphasizes coaching on a Behavioral Based Safety culture and requires a hands-on presence on the plant floor to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an EHS related field.
• At least two years of similar EHS management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies (EPA, OSHA, etc.).
• Experience performing safety audits.
• Experience overseeing the BWC process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve safety, health, and environmental policies at the plant.
• Lead regular safety training and site inspections.
• Conduct accident investigations and regulatory communications.
• Coach and mentor direct reports to drive safety culture.
• Deliver monthly town hall meetings across shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
