Job summary

Pretium Packaging, LLC seeks a hands-on Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager at our Salt Lake City, UT facility. You will partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to implement safe work practices, reduce risk, and strengthen the safety culture across the site.

The role emphasizes leading safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, training, and near-miss/incident investigations to drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in plastics/injection molding or industrial manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training, onboarding, and continuous education programs.
• Maintain OSHA logs (300, 301, etc.) and ensure regulatory compliance.
