Trident Seafoods, headquartered in Seattle, WA, seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to partner with operations and maintenance to administer EHS policies and training, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and company standards across facilities.
The role focuses on implementing the Trident Safety Process, overseeing OSHA/EPA requirements, managing wastewater and stormwater programs, and leading incident investigations to protect personnel and assets.

The Environmental Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for partnering with operations, maintenance, and support staff. This includes planning, developing, implementing, updating, and administering EHS policies, procedures, programs, and training to ensure compliance with all company standards and governmental regulations that protect Trident employees and assets.
This is a salaried exempt position between $110,000 to $140,000 per year.

This role takes place in both an office and production setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to climb at great heights or balance. The employee is frequently required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Job requires working in close confines. The employee moves objects regularly up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
