Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Experience with machine guarding programs
• Understanding of PPE compliance and implementation
• Ability to support a 24/7 operation and rotate across shifts
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard assessments throughout the facility.
• Lead and maintain LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE compliance programs.
• Build positive working relationships with operators and production leadership.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver safety training and coaching to employees across all shifts.
• Monitor compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety.
• Maintain safety documentation and regulatory records as required.
