Job summary

Early Learning Academies is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher for our Early Head Start classroom. The ideal candidate holds an Infant/Toddler CDA and/or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has experience teaching young children.

This role offers competitive pay ($16–$18 per hour), paid training, health benefits, paid holidays and time off, a 401K with company match, and a strong supportive team culture with no night or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it).
• Experience teaching young children.
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth.
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements.
