Job summary

Ventura Coastal is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Generalist to support our EHS programs at the Visalia plant and across Tipton facilities. The role involves hands-on work with Operations, Maintenance, and FSQS teams to uphold regulatory compliance and strengthen safety practices.

Responsibilities include coordinating environmental and health compliance, safety training, incident investigations, and ensuring timely corrective actions while traveling between Visalia and Tipton

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of EHS experience required.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Experience implementing and administering EHS programs, including training, inspections, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance and track audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Provide safety coaching and technical support to Operations and employees.
• Develop and deliver safety training and employee communications.
