Job summary

Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in environmental engineering or EHS in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of federal (EPA/OSHA) and state environmental regulations
- Experience with environmental permitting, reporting (e.g., TRI, air emissions, wastewater), and compliance auditing
- Hazardous waste management and chemical handling
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications such as CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) or similar are a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain environmental health and safety programs
- Ensure compliance with air, water, and hazardous waste programs
- Manage ISO 14001 program
- Lead sustainability reporting and data tracking
- Drive environmental performance improvements and waste reduction initiatives
- Lead routine inspections and EHS auditing
- Collaborate across teams to support site operations
