Starpoint SPIN Early Childhood & Education Center in Canon City, Colorado, is seeking an Early Head Start Teacher to nurture and educate infants and toddlers. You will help children learn, grow, and thrive in a caring, family-centered program that values safety, development, and partnership with families.

Qualifications

• Infant and Toddler CDA credential or ECE coursework preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Provide responsive, developmentally appropriate care for infants and toddlers.
• Plan learning experiences that support each child’s development.
• Establish routines that promote security, trust, and independence.
• Observe children’s progress and maintain required documentation.
• Partner with families and communicate regularly about development.
• Support children’s health, nutrition, safety, and social-emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, family-service staff, and program leadership.
• Follow Early Head Start, licensing health, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
