Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Ability to identify risks and make quick safety decisions.
• Experience conducting safety audits and inspections.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Overview

We are seeking a proactive, people‑focused EHS Coordinator to lead safety initiatives and support a diverse workforce. In this role, your communication skills will be used daily to train employees, conduct audits, and build a strong safety culture across all departments. You will play a key role in reducing risks, improving compliance, and ensuring every employee regardless of language understands and follows safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a safety role with proven experience in policy development and safety program implementation is preferred.
