Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.**Position Overview**The EHS Coordinator supports environmental, health, and safety programs in a chemical manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. This role partners closely with site leadership and production teams to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and promote a culture of safety. The position requires regular presence on the plant floor and involvement in daily operations across multiple shifts as needed.**Primary Responsibilities*** Implement and maintain site-level EHS programs, policies, and procedures* Conduct incident and near-miss investigations and track corrective actions* Perform routine hazard assessments and support safe work practices* Manage hazardous waste handling, storage, and shipment in compliance with regulations* Support environmental programs including air, water, and spill prevention requirements* Deliver and coordinate EHS training for employees and contractors* Track and report EHS metrics, including injury data and leading indicators* Participate in emergency response planning, drills, and safety committees**Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in environmental, Health & Safety or related field* 2+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment* Experience with OSHA, EPA, DOT Hazmat, and hazardous waste regulations* Ability to conduct incident investigations and deliver safety training* Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship**Preferred Requirements*** Knowledge of EPCRA reporting and ISO 14001 standards* Experience with process safety, MOC, or high-hazard operations* Proficiency in EHS data tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools* Ability to work on-site with physical activity including walking, lifting, and stair climbing#LI-LK1Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $80,000-$93,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
