In this critical leadership role, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for EHS programs supporting manufacturing, field operations, project execution, and installation activities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety principles are embedded into all aspects of the business while advancing Johnson Controls' commitment to a Zero Harm culture.
The ideal candidate will bring deep EHS expertise, strong business acumen, and proven experience leading EHS programs across complex, multi-site industrial and construction environments.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $120,000-150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with marketdata.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group,and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
