Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology.
• Familiarity with legal aspects of health information and coding.

Responsibilities

• Implement EHR modules (PointClickCare) in facilities per guidelines.
• Audit and report on facility audits to stakeholders.
• Maintain masterfile of facility leaders and superusers.
• Ensure privacy policies compliance and HIPAA awareness.
• Provide PCC module training to staff and support.
