Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or a related field required if hired after 9/2026
• 2+ years of experience working with Epic, Meditech, CPSI, Cerner EHR systems
• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing EHR systems
• Experience in healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and administrative processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clinical staff and IT teams
• Experience in system configuration, data integration, and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Understands hospital business operations and integrated delivery system requirements
• Open to travel when required
• Epic Certification in at least one module preferred, Meditech Certification preferred, Cerner or CPSI or other EHR Certification preferred
