What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide end-user support for the employer's Electronic Medical Record System and other clinical systems on a 24/7 basis
- Assist end users with optimizing system functionality onsite in clinics and hospitals
- Respond to end user support requests via telephone or onsite at clinics or hospitals
- Assist with application and printer testing as well as rolling out implementations delegated by leadership
- Demonstrate excellent communication and documentation skills while working with medical personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in a related field and two years of related experience
- Must possess sufficient educational background and experience to begin clinical applications analysis, support, and/or programming
- Ability to work productively remotely when needed
- Experience with an Electronic Health Record System is a positive attribute
- Must be willing/able to travel to various hospital and clinic locations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-year experience in a customer service role
- 1-year experience with Epic or EHR systems
- 1-year experience with technical troubleshooting
- Ability to self-motivate, prioritize work, and lead as well as work within a team
- Experience working in an IT Helpdesk environment utilizing remote support tools
