Job summary

Cobb is hiring for an Egg Processing Associate to handle pickup, delivery, inspection and sanitation to ensure egg quality for incubation, with inventory and storage under controlled conditions.

You will operate an egg sanitizer and tray washer, monitor the environment, and maintain sanitary facilities while following biosecurity rules. 1ST SHIFT: Wed–Sat 7:00 am–5:00 pm, with schedule flexibility based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no major employment gaps in the past 36 months.
• Rehire criteria include a minimum waiting period of 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Pickup, delivery, inspection, and sanitation of eggs for incubation and storage under controlled conditions.
• Operate egg sanitizer and conveyor; grade eggs by shell color, quality and texture.
• Load eggs onto trucks and assist with egg rack loading for transport to hatchery.
• Maintain a sanitary environment by cleaning equipment and facilities daily.
• Follow biosecurity and safety policies and wear required PPE.
