Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; agricultural training preferred.
• 2–3 years in poultry operations or agricultural supervision.
• Strong knowledge of biosecurity and quality standards.
• Experience supervising teams and managing schedules.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays; physically capable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily egg pick-up team and coordinate collection.
• Assign shifts, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to production standards and safety protocols.
• Ensure equipment used in egg collection and transportation is maintained and operational.
• Enforce biosecurity measures and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Monitor egg quality, address deviations, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Train and develop team members in processes, safety, and equipment usage.
• Maintain records of egg collection, transport, and inventory.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to optimize production efficiency and address challenges.
• Handle attendance, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and animal welfare standards and regulatory requirements.
