Job Description

Nxt Property Management is seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist prospective residents in finding their new home. If you have a positive attitude, a desire to grow, and enjoy working collaboratively, this position is ideal for you.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Following up with leads and answering inquiries
• Scheduling and conducting tours via phone and online platforms
• Assisting residents with scheduling work orders
• Managing and organizing resident files

Candidate Requirements:
