99 Ranch Market seeks a reliable Warehouse Associate to support materials handling, order picking, and inventory control in a fast-paced distribution center in New York. The role contributes to smooth warehouse operations and requires attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in warehouse roles, can work nights/weekends, and may be bilingual in English/Mandarin or English/Spanish. Training is provided for equipment operation and warehouse software usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin or English/Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training may be provided).
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking using an order picker or pallet jack.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of products, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and preparing shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory in the warehouse management system.
• Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure that all products are properly stored and organized in the warehouse.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of products as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
