Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking an Order Picker to accurately select, pack, and stage electrical products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will ensure timely and precise fulfillment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
• Experience driving pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and reading skills for order verification.
• Familiarity with electrical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack electrical products according to customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners.
• Inventory Management: Report discrepancies or damaged items promptly.
• Safety & Compliance: Operate warehouse equipment safely and according to policy; maintain a clean area per OSHA guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
