Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet physical needs of the role (standing, walking, pushing, lifting).
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfort with productivity goals and daily targets.
• Ability to stay focused, accurate, and safety-minded.
• Ability to work a 4x10 schedule (including Sundays).
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize inventory for shipping.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Follow on-screen instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Pick, pack, label, and move pallets and packages safely.
• Receive, audit, and store incoming products.
• Support the team in meeting daily shipping goals.
• Help with other warehouse tasks as needed.
