Job summary

The Exercise Coach is hiring an Exercise, Fitness and Health Coach at our Libertyville/Park Ridge studios in Illinois. The role offers pay of $17–$20 per hour and opportunities to work across our Libertyville and Park Ridge locations.

We focus on one-on-one and semi-private training in a private setting, using our Exerbotics technology to provide instant feedback and track progress. New prospects get two free sessions to experience our efficient program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people-facing skills.
• Ability to engage a wide age range (15–90+) in conversations and coaching.
• No prior fitness experience required; kinesiology or exercise science degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver science-based personal training in 20-minute sessions, twice weekly.
• Assist clients with safe, effective workouts and progress tracking.
• Complete certification programs and shadow experienced coaches during training.
