Meineke Car Care is seeking productive Lube Technicians to join our team. You will greet customers, perform inspections, document findings, and complete repairs with a focus on quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include documenting all repairs, signing forms, verifying parts, testing work, and maintaining a clean, organized shop. This role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within 10 feet of you, smile and say hello or thank you
• Perform full courtesy inspections on every vehicle
• Document all findings using Meineke inspection form
• Review inspection findings with service advisor or manager
• Document all recommended repairs and maintenance items on inspection form
• Sign all inspection forms and work orders when work is completed
• Check parts with service writer on arrival to verify correct parts and quantity
• Perform quality work and fix it right the first time
• Complete repairs in a timely manner
• Be truthful about abilities and ask for help when needed
• Test drive repairs as needed to verify work is done correctly
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles inside and out
• Re-check any come-backs to ensure issues are resolved
• Keep workspace clean and organized and assist with shop maintenance and upkeep
• Follow all center policies and do anything else asked of you
