Rikos Levittown in Levittown, NY is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, clean dishes and utensils, stock the dish area, and help keep the kitchen and dining spaces sanitary throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish washing equipment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Assist with the organization and stocking of clean dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils and storage containers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dish washing station and surrounding areas.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
• Changes water of machines and sinks as mandated, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including the proper handling and disposal of kitchen waste throughout their shift.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Manager
