Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking an In Store Shopper (Drive Up & Go Clerk) who will pick items for online orders, ensure product quality and accuracy, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.

You will move through the store, assist customers, and adapt to variable order volumes while maintaining fast, precise service. Responsibilities include organizing orders, bagging items correctly, handling substitutions, and coordinating handoffs with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail required for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality products for online orders across perishable and non-perishable departments.
• Keep orders organized and ready for pickup, bag items carefully, and manage substitutions when needed.
• Coordinate order handoff to customers for timely delivery or pickup.
• Operate handheld devices and store systems to pick, track, and verify items while maintaining speed and accuracy.
