Responsibilities

• Collect used dishes, plates and utensils and load washing machines.
• Ensure clean dishes, glasses and utensils available during peak hours.
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. cutting boards, pots, pans).
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment properly.
