Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a driver/operator for FedEx vehicle fleet. You will deliver and pick up packages, ensure shipments meet FedEx service standards, and provide customer service in a courteous, efficient manner.

Position includes a schedule Tue-Fri 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM and all day Saturday; ramp/SIDA badge may be required within 90 days of hire. Requires a high school diploma/GED and vehicle type license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment/assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up packages for FedEx customers.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards.
• Provide related customer service functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
