Job summary

FedEx is seeking a courier driver to provide daily delivery and pickup services, interacting with customers and maintaining professional representation of FedEx. The role includes safe operation of non-articulated vehicles, accurate reporting of stop counts, and coordinating with the sales team for additional business opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of driving experience, a valid license (C1/C2), and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• One to two years of professional driving experience.
• Must possess appropriate license for vehicle assigned (C1 and/or C2).
• Good driving record.
• Must be 21 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and safe delivery and pick-up of packages and documents.
• Operate non-articulated vehicles safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Report stop counts and mis-sorts accurately.
• Seek additional business from current customers and pass leads to sales.
• Answer customer questions about FedEx services and keep customers informed.
• Ensure proper labeling and paperwork are complete and neat.
• Load and unload packages and perform minor vehicle maintenance as needed.
