Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical procedures and treatments.
• Maintain documentation of dental procedures per dentist's instructions.
• Welcome and assist patients in reception and treatment areas.
• Ensure infection control and OSHA compliance.
• Schedule appointments and confirm via calls.
• Manage equipment and inventory; notify issues to Office Manager.
• Understand insurance benefits and financial options for patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
