The Role
As the System Only Client Delivery Team (CDT) Leader, you will have primary responsibility for oversight, management and leadership of the following areas associated with these clients and the colleagues serving them.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: overall responsibility for CDT’s book of business; support Technical Consultants’ (TCs) budget responsibility for the work teams and client engagements
- Client Management: staffing, guidance on scope management, client satisfaction and referenceability.
- Business Development: encourage expansion of existing outsourcing relationships; work with TCs on skills to develop close relationships with clients and LRCs; provide guidance on consulting skills needed to listen and consult with our clients to help them solve their problems and meet their administrative needs.
- People: Leadership and management related to a group of colleagues who primarily support the clients assigned to the work team in terms of staffing, resource utilization, career growth and development, engagement and retention.
- Operational / Quality Management: ensure team(s) are meeting / exceeding client deliverables in a cost-effective manner, utilizing TDMs and other offshore resources, actively work with team(s) as needed to quickly and proactively address any quality concerns; promote quality standards and processes.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with our sales teams on the acquisition of new clients.
- Collaborate with other eepoint CDTLs, Governance, and TPU teams on staffing, rollouts, and other directives.
- Partner with the Admin System Only community; attending planning and quarterly meetings, reviewing and providing suggestions for meeting content
- Thought Leadership: Contribute thought leadership to the overall development of our midmarket pension outsourcing business.
This role can be held remotely from any location in the United States.

Qualifications
The Requirements
- 10 years of significant experience and success in managing and implementing pension administration systems
- Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team members across administration and technology, and at all levels, to effectively solve for client needs through new offerings or services
- Deep knowledge of defined benefit pension plan design and administration issues
- A professional presence with polished and well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple people and projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
- Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
- Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $95,000 to $125,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
