This role combines traditional EEO case management with AI-enabled technologies and workforce analytics to identify risk trends, improve reporting, enhance case management processes, and support proactive compliance and workplace culture initiatives. Partners closely with HR, Labor Relations, Legal, Operations, and business leaders to investigate workplace concerns and provide data-driven insights that strengthen organizational compliance and equity programs.
