Job summary

Xenter is seeking a skilled EEG/clinical tech to support neurological testing across multiple clinics. You will schedule patients, prepare them for EEG and audiometry, and ensure correct electrode placement for high-quality data.

You'll operate EEG, HCU, and audiometry equipment, document findings in HIPAA-compliant records, and generate reports for neurologists. Phlebotomy experience is a plus, and the role requires lifting up to 20 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Completion of MA, Phlebotomy, or Vocational/Practical Nurse program is required.
• Ability to explain procedures clearly to patients.
• Willingness to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for testing and explain pre-testing protocols.
• Prepare patients for EEG and audiometry procedures and ensure comfort.
• Attach electrodes according to protocols for high-quality data collection.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust as needed for safety and data quality.
• Operate EEG and audiometry equipment with precision and capture recordings.
• Document procedures and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Generate patient reports for physicians to review.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained between patients.
• Carry equipment between clinics as needed.
• Troubleshoot to maintain clinic workflow.
• Phlebotomist knowledge and experience is a plus.
