Job summary

You will provide findings and informal analyses to the attending neurophysiology physician and mentor new staff within the department. Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology with two years of EEG experience, or a High School diploma/GED plus four years EEG experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology from a school accredited by relevant bodies and EEG experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with EEG experience (4 years).
• R.EEG.T (Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist) certification.
• BLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Operate EEG equipment to measure electrical activity of the brain and nervous system.
• Provide findings, results, and informal descriptive analyses to the attending neurophysiology physician.
• Assist with orientation and mentor new employees in the department.
