Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to empower educators with tailored financial products. You will work with mentorship from an experienced agent and gain hands‑on industry experience while pursuing a flexible, multi‑line portfolio.

You will educate potential clients, present at events, and build a strong client base through networking in a supportive, incentive‑driven environment. Licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage your own business and remain self-motivated.
• Must be able to obtain or hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.

Responsibilities

• Educate educators and clients on Horace Mann products and solutions.
• Present with confidence in 1:1 settings or group presentations.
• Engage in community and networking events to expand client base.
• Stay current with industry trends to advise clients accordingly.
• Cultivate and maintain strong market relationships and referrals.
• Invest time to grow your business and achieve targets.
