Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer in Utah to educate educators on tailored insurance solutions. You will work with a mentor, build your own client base, and participate in a structured incentive program with monthly, quarterly, and overall bonus opportunities.

The role supports in-person, field, and office work environments. You must be self‑motivated, able to manage your own business, and obtain Life & Health plus Property & Casualty licenses.

Qualifications
