Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking security-minded insurance professionals to join our educator-focused financial services network. You will help educators identify financial goals, present insurance and investment solutions, and build lasting client relationships.

This is a 1099, commission-based role with a 48-month incentive plan supported by a Premier Service Rep, technology tools, and a broad product portfolio. Success comes from strong networking and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 may be required in some regions.
