Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) in Brockton, MA is seeking an Educational/Vocational Specialist for the PACT‑Y program. This entry‑level role supports youth in educational and employment goals within a community‑based, in‑home setting.
The position partners with schools and a multi‑disciplinary team to provide guidance, job readiness training, and coordinated care, while offering opportunities for supervision and growth within a non‑profit mental health center.

CCBC and the Department of Mental Health (DMH) will work collaboratively in the PACT- Y program to meet the needs of youth and families who want a creative, flexible, dynamic team to support them in achieving their goals. The Educational/Vocational Specialist will support youth in identifying their educational goals, assist in obtaining the necessary supports and coordinate with schools. They will also develop employment goals with youth, build resumes and assist with job readiness skills.
