This hybrid role requires on-site presence at least 3 days a week and involves cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals seeking travel and contracted positions in education and school services.

You will identify candidates, contact prospects, educate them on benefits of temporary healthcare careers, and generate leads while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year in a sales, staffing agency and/or metrics-driven role preferred.
• Passionate about creating great experiences for candidates.

Responsibilities

The Educational Recruiter will cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals interested in travel and contracted career opportunities within the educational and school services industry. Required Qualifications

Compensation

Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting, plus commissions.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
