Job summary

Lauren’s Institute for Education (L.I.F.E.) is seeking a supervisory therapist to evaluate learners, develop educational supports, and guide interdisciplinary teams to promote functional outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical consultation, recording progress, and coordinating ILP goals. A graduate degree and Arizona licensure are required or eligible. This is a 10-month contract with comprehensive benefits and dedicated professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or doctoral degree in the applicable therapy discipline.
• Current Arizona licensure or license eligible in the applicable therapy discipline.
• Strong clinical reasoning and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate learners using assessments, observation, interviews, reviews, and clinical judgment in supervisory role.
• Develop and implement educational supports and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice.
• Provide consultation, classroom supports, and group programming.
• Integrate therapeutic strategies across Academy environments to support participation and functional skills.
• Maintain schedules, observations, coaching, and documentation for staff and learners.
• Supervise assistants, students, interns, or trainees as applicable.
• Participate in ILP meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
