Job summary

Princeton Theological Seminary is seeking a creative Learning Content Videographer and Rich Media Educational Editor to join the Online and Digital Learning (ODL) team. This role centers on producing high-quality videos and multimedia resources that support graduate-level curricula and co-curricular learning across the Seminary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience with professional video production, including camera, lighting, and audio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and captioning for online media.
• Excellent storytelling and collaboration skills with faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video content for curricular and institutional learning.
• Lead pre-production planning: storyboarding, scripting, scheduling, and logistics.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and related gear in studio and field.
• Edit raw footage into engaging, accessible videos aligned with learning objectives.
• Add graphics, captions, color grading, and audio mixing for clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, SMEs, and ODL staff to align with course goals.
• Maintain organized media assets, project files, and metadata for reuse.
• Contribute to on-campus video workshops and cross-team initiatives.
