The Educational Media Producer, Editor is a member of the DigitalLearning & Design (DLD) hub of Sheridan Center for Teachingand Learning whose work focuses on supporting high quality onlinelearning experiences. At the Sheridan Center for Teaching andLearning, the successful candidate for this hybrid-eligibleposition will be joining a team of educational developers withdiverse perspectives and experiences who are each committed toeducational excellence, equity, and access at Brown. Staff withinthis vibrant center thrive on interdisciplinary collaboration,genuine curiosity, and evidence-based, reflective practices.
The core responsibilities of the position include assisting withdelivering educational media content for graduate courses throughpost-production tasks (e.g., editing, motion graphics/animations,etc.), and assisting with the visual design and branding of new andexisting online and hybrid programs. The successful candidate willhave deep knowledge in developing accessible media that isinclusive of diverse, adult audiences, and that reflects theSheridan Center's commitment to high-quality, accessibledesign.
