Join to apply for the Educational Consultant (Summer 2026) role at K12 Coalition.
K12 Coalition provides products and services that help K‑12 schools and teachers achieve transformational learning outcomes. We tackle many of today’s toughest education obstacles, including teacher certification, test preparation, professional learning, curriculum, consulting, and strategic planning. K12 Coalition was founded when educators with deep experience as teachers, school leaders, and high‑level district administrators observed a genuine need for something better. Our divisions include iTeach, Passage Preparation, Teaching Channel, and School Solutions.
School Solutions is a dynamic division of K12 Coalition focused on driving meaningful academic growth in K‑12 education. Throughout the year, we partner with schools and districts to provide instructional coaching, professional learning, high‑quality curriculum, and strategic guidance aimed at enhancing educator effectiveness and improving student outcomes. Each summer, we operate RISE, a national summer learning program serving 100,000 students across 22+ states. With deep expertise in school leadership, curriculum implementation, and instructional best practices, School Solutions delivers tailored, research‑based solutions that address the evolving needs of our partners. Guided by a commitment to equity, instructional excellence, and long‑term capacity building, we collaborate closely with educators and district leaders through hands‑on coaching, immersive training, and strategic partnerships. Our mission is to support schools in achieving transformational learning outcomes that last well beyond our direct engagement.
This is a part‑time, seasonal role for Summer 2026 with variable hours.
Due to the scope of our RISE Summer Learning Program, we are hiring Summer Education Consultants to provide on‑site support in specific regions: New Mexico, Indiana, Southeast Michigan, Washington State, and San Antonio, TX. Applicants must currently reside in one of these regions and be able to reliably commute to local schools for in‑person coaching days.
Local travel to schools within the listed regions is required. Summer Educational Consultants will spend up to five days per week, approximately six hours per day, on‑site at assigned schools.
School Solutions, a division of K12 Coalition, is seeking an experienced instructional leader to join our RISE Summer Learning Program as a Summer Educational Consultant. These Consultants play a vital role in supporting partner organizations across the country to implement our high‑impact program. They provide hands‑on, immersive professional development and instructional coaching to both educators and program leaders, working side by side to strengthen instructional practices in literacy and math.
We’re looking for someone with experience in K–8 literacy and math instruction who has successfully led teams to achieve strong academic outcomes in diverse educational settings and is passionate about coaching and developing educators. This is an exciting opportunity to advance our mission of closing opportunity gaps and ensuring equitable, high‑quality instruction. There is also potential for continued full‑time opportunities with School Solutions following the summer program. This role reports to the Director, Summer Learning Programs.
