Qualifications

• Active TX Educational Diagnostician license through TEA.
• Graduate of an Educational Based Diagnostician program.
• Minimum 5 years in a school-based setting with a large caseload.
• Monolingual or bilingual (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret standardized assessments evaluating cognitive ability, academic achievement, and social-emotional development.
• Write detailed evaluation reports and attend ARD/IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support individualized education plans.
• Ensure all evaluations comply with state and federal special education laws (IDEA) and guidelines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Current license as an Educational Based Diagnostician in TX through TEA
• Graduate from an EBD program
• Prior experience in a school-based special education setting, minimum 5 years of experience is required
• Familiar with frontline and experience working an elementary setting with a large caseload
• Monolingual, or Bilingual (preferred)
