Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, pass the Para Pro or have 48 college credits, and pursue an Early Childhood program as required by NM PreK guidelines. Bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Para Pro test or 48 college credits required.
• Ability to obtain a level three license issued by the NM Public Education Department.
• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education (NM PreK requirement).
• If not holding an Associate’s Degree in ECED, enroll in accredited Early Childhood Program within first year and complete.
• 6 credit hours of Early Childhood Courses per year.
• Bilingual (preferred).
