Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with instructional materials and classroom displays.
• Keep classroom neat and orderly; manage inventory and equipment.
• Maintain administrative records and prepare reports.
• Support substitute teachers with orientation and guidance.
• Assist students with physical disabilities including transfers and positioning.
• Help manage student behavior and intervene when needed.
• Learn and adapt to each student's medical, physical, and emotional needs.
• Work with students individually or in small groups to develop motor skills.
• Supervise students during the school day in all areas of the campus.
